Role Overview:We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in fueling our growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, conducting insightful market research, and delivering exceptional customer service to both prospects and existing clients.

This role is for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales and building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a drive for success.
